UK Delivery

BeNutri currently accepts online orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times shown below are estimates and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Standard Delivery

  • £3.49
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  • FREE standard delivery on orders of £30 or more

Express Delivery

  • £6.99
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery options and the applicable charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping or tracking information where tracking is available for the selected delivery service.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@benutri.co.uk. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after an order has entered the fulfilment process.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@benutri.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and occasional carrier delays may occur.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel or products arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@benutri.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the damaged parcel and/or products where possible.

International Delivery

International ordering is not currently available through our online store. We may introduce delivery to additional countries in the future.
